Australia Leadership Program

Leading with humanity in the age of AI

Join us!

We are pleased to announce that Monash Indonesia's 4th Australia Leadership Program (ALP) will return in 2026! The program will be held in Melbourne between the 20–27 September 2026 with the theme "Leading with Humanity in the Age of AI". We invite Monash University, Indonesia students and alumni from all Master's programs to apply and take part in this immersive leadership experience in Australia.

About the program

ALP 2026 explores what it means to lead when technology is advancing faster than our ability to govern it. Anchored in Leading with Humanity in the Age of AI, the program combines human-centered leadership practices with a mindful look at digital transformation and AI, including their promise, pitfalls, and impact on people.

Over one intensive week, participants will strengthen their leadership capabilities by learning how to activate trust, foster collaboration across boundaries, and lead with empathy and agility in a connected world. The program recognises that leaders and systems have limitations, and that mindful management of humans and technology together can amplify collective strengths.

As part of the Monash global community, you will experience learning in world-class facilities across Monash University Australia campuses, meet and network with experts and leaders, and collaborate with peers from different Master’s programs in a multidisciplinary environment. This program is also your opportunity to experience Melbourne’s culture, arts, and nature.

Now is the time to unleash your potential and catalyse positive change in this transformative leadership experience!
