Laetisha started shooting at age 15 at the Wonthaggi Gun Club as a way of bonding with her father. Learning that she had a talent for the sport, she later decided to pursue it competitively. She then went on to compete in the 2010, 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games winning gold, as well as many other World Cups throughout the years. She debuted at her first Olympic Games in Rio in 2016 and continued her Olympic streak at Tokyo’s Olympic Games.
