Throughout my time at university I have been passionate about utilising spatial practice as a means of facilitating social change. My final project named Ethnosphere is set in rural Victoria and explores ways of using spatial practice as a means of integrating female refugees and immigrants. The outcome proposes permanent interventions, a community garden and boardwalk, as well as a mobile intervention in the form of a floating pavilion. The aim is to create a platform for an intercultural dialogue to occur by engaging both female refugees and immigrants and their host communities.
