Caulfield Informal Sport Zones
Step outside into the centre of Monash Caulfield to enjoy a spike of volleyball, bounce of basketball and hit or table tennis. Plus pop over to our service desk inside building S to hire a ball, bat or net.
Clayton Tan Track
Who needs South Yarra, when our very own Tan Track has officially opened at Clayton Campus? Inspired by its namesake, the fully lit track is open to everyone and offers a high quality walking and running environment, with both a 1km and 2km circuit. It also features open-air exercise and drink stations along the way.
Peninsula Informal Sport Zone
The new Informal Sport Zone at Monash Peninsula is open, free and ready to use! Open daily from 7am to sundown, this free court welcomes University students and staff to play basketball and tennis. Plus pop over to our service desk inside building W to hire a basketball, tennis ball or racket.
Your go-to home-workout library awaits! Check out Active Bodies Online for 100+ home workouts, running plans, exercise tutorials and webinars to support your fitness, health and wellbeing goals from home. Content is free to access and has been designed by our qualified health and fitness staff.
We play host to free outdoor gym spaces across Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula campus. Exercising outdoors comes with a range of physical and mental health benefits and our outdoor gyms are the perfect space for your next spot of toning, strength and core training.
Bouldering Wall Peninsula
Ready for a challenge? Grab your mates and try out our Bouldering Wall located outside the main Monash Sport entrance on Peninsula campus. Bouldering is a form of rock climbing where the climber stays close to the ground and usually involves climbing side ways across a short distance - highlighting the level of difficulty in this skill-based exercise.
