Research Re-Enrolment (PhD, DPsych, DPH and Research Master)

All Graduate Research students are required to re-enrol  annually between October and November in their research using the Web Enrolment System (WES).  A research year is from 1 January to 31 December. Please use your student authcate login and password to  access WES.

Research students need to re-enrol if:

  • Plan to continue study in the following year
  • Are currently on a leave or study away
  • Conditional enrolment from academic progress  review
  • Enrolled as an external student
  • Enrolled in a Joint Award (e.g. IITB and JLU)
  • Submitting thesis in January next year

Re-enrolment for  Graduate Research Students

DPsych students:  Students enrolled in Doctor of  Psychology (Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology) please  contact school (  for advice on coursework units enrolment.

Students enrolled in  PhD program: Student enrolled in Translational Research or Public  Health and Preventive Medicine should discuss with the main supervisor and submit the Adding and/or Discontinuing Coursework Unit Form to the Faculty Graduate Research  Office at

Failure to re-enrol:  Students will be liable for a late re-enrolment fee of $325 and have risk being terminated from the research degree.
