Art and Anatomy Exhibition

The Art and Anatomy Exhibition has been postponed due to the current Melbourne COVID-19 restrictions. New dates for the exhibition will be forthcoming. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

A collaboration between the Monash Art, Design and Architecture and the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute, we invite you to the Art & Anatomy Exhibition!

Inspired by the gifts that donors provide for continued anatomy education, students’ works of arts represent the complexities and beauty of the human body.  Anatomy and art have a long, rich history together.  Anatomy illustrations form the foundation of healthcare anatomy studies.  Artists help healthcare students and professionals reflect and observe the human body.

This art show exhibits students from the MADA Drawing Anatomy class (DWG 2519), and represents a true interdisciplinary integration between art and science.  We look forward to welcoming you to this unique opportunity.
