Faculty General Manager
As Faculty General Manager, Kathie assists and advises the Dean in Faculty strategic planning and operations. Kathie manages the provision of all Faculty administrative services across the multiple campuses as well as its interactions with hospitals/health services and research institutes. She leads cultural change in line with organisational goals, vision and values by developing collaborative relationships at all levels and has significant expertise in strategy formulation, operational efficiency, infrastructure management and delivering positive financial outcomes.
Kathie has over 20 years experience in the Higher Education Sector, successfully developing new business and motivating teams to consistently exceed targets. She holds a BSc(Hons), PGCE and MBA (Brookes Medal Winner) and her achievements has been recognised by the Vice-Chancellor's Award for Professional Staff and the MacMillian Achievement Award for Outstanding Performance and Exceptional Contribution.
