Colleen KellyResearch seminar presented by Colleen Kelly – PhD Student/Senior Research Fellow, Health and Social Care Unit.

Colleen Kelly is a Yamatji woman from the Midwest region of Western Australia. She has recently joined the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine's Health and Social Care Unit.

Colleen is a Registered Nurse with expertise in Indigenous health, leadership, health equity and higher education. Colleen is particularly interested in influencing the Australian health system to privilege the perspectives of Indigenous Australians. She is a current PhD student exploring experiences of Indigenous health students through storying. Colleen is also Chair of the Board for First Peoples Health and Wellbeing and a member of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (RNAC).
