Focus on Feedback
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for enhancing learning and performance. Yet few clinicians feel confident in their skills to have these important conversations.
This innovative education program is based on the latest research. It focuses on important practical skills in high quality feedback and helping clinicians to apply these principles at work. Videos of feedback scenarios are used throughout to illustrate a range of feedback practices, informed by real-life instances.

Research
As part of the program, a research project will be conducted to a) evaluate the training and b) to clarify barriers and enablers to implementing high quality feedback in clinical practice.
Funding
The program is free, and has been designed through a collaboration between Monash Doctors Education, Monash Health; Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University; and Department of Medical Education, The University of Melbourne. It is funded by the Boosting our healthcare workforce initiative from the Victorian Department of Health.
