Doctor What? Doctor Where? Podcast explores dealing with imposter syndrome in medicine
In the latest episode of the Doctor What? Doctor Where? Podcast, Dealing With Imposter Syndrome in Medicine, three doctors at different stages of their careers discuss imposter syndrome; the persistent feeling that you’re not good enough, that you don’t deserve to be where you are, or that someone will ‘find you out’.
The discussion includes a deeply personal story about how one doctor became so overwhelmed by imposter syndrome that she nearly left medicine altogether.
