Click Through Rate (CTR)

Click Through Rate is the percentage of delivered emails that received at least one click.

Example: To calculate the CTR for an email campaign inviting recipients to register, where the email was sent to 1,000 people, and 400 of the email recipients clicked on the link to register:

400 ÷ 1,000 = 40 % CTR

CTR is used measure engagement.
