- Aar Farm Regional Display, Namibia
Aar Farm in southern Namibia is the location of some of the finest late Neoproterozoic metazoans. The owners of this property, Barbara Boehm-Ernie and Bruno Boehm, are most grateful to have ecotourists visit. Together with IGCP493 a regional exhibition has been set up in their original farm house so that people passing this way can gain some idea of the past life that plied the shallow seas of this region more than 550 million years ago. - Fukui Prefectural Dino Museum
In July 2006 the exhibition entitled "Before the Dinosaurs. The First Animals on Earth" opened at the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum in western Honshu. This was the first time most of the material from Russia, Namibia, Australia, Newfoundland and several other spots had been exhibited together. This exhibition was recognized as an offical activity of The Year of Exchanbe (YOE) between Japan and Australia and was visited by around 100,000 in the space of 3 months, and a chance to show off the research results of IGCP493. For this special exhibition educational materials, jewellery and songs were developed. - Precambrian Exhibition Panels 2006
