International sponsor relations
Global Engagement is responsible for the implementation of Monash’s international scholarship strategy.
Monash has a proud history of welcoming sponsored students since our early days in the 1960s under the auspices of the Colombo Plan. Many of these students have become leaders in government and business in their own countries.
Today, we attract one of the largest cohorts of Australian Government sponsored students through the Australia Awards program – to undertake study and research. We also have relationships with sponsors across the world. We are proud to attract the best and brightest sponsored students.
