Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, Renee Kemp hosted a Global Staff Mentoring Program panel discussion in September 2023. The discussion explored the experiences of participants including their motivations, knowledge gained, valuable outcomes and lessons learned.

Mentees spoke about the immense impact the program had on their personal and professional growth. Mentors, on the other hand, expressed their deep satisfaction and joy in being able to contribute to someone else's development, and the fulfilment they derived from the mentoring relationship.
