Empowering individuals with disabilities at Monash University

Championing educational inclusion and empowerment, Monash is enhancing opportunities for young people with disabilities through digital tools, innovative guidelines, and inclusive programs:

• The Faculty of Education developed a digital toolkit to empower young people with disabilities, supporting their life goals and promoting inclusive education.
• Researchers from the Faculty of Information Technology created guidelines for 3D printing educational tools for blind and low vision students, enhancing educational inclusion.



• The AllPlay Dance program, co-created by Professor Nicole Rinehart from Monash's School of Psychological Sciences, promotes inclusive dance initiatives for children with disabilities in Australia and China, improving their mental and physical health.
