Eleos Justice Malaysia clinical placement 2024

Monash Law students participated in a two-week intensive clinical placement with the Eleos Justice Anti-Death Penalty Clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This experience involved working with Malaysian lawyers on death penalty cases, researching legal arguments, and observing proceedings in the Federal Court of Malaysia.

The placement provided students with practical insights into anti-death penalty law and fostered cross-cultural understanding, contributing to the global fight against the death penalty.
