Monash Arts alum Dr Eng Netra, an expert in development policy research, represented Cambodia at the Australia Awards 30th Anniversary. Her work at the Cambodian Development Resource Institute (CDRI) focuses on governance and inclusive society, contributing to Cambodia's political transformation and sub-national governance reforms.

Dr Eng's PhD from Monash Arts has elevated her profile, enabling her to mentor the next generation of Cambodian researchers and bridge the gap between national policies and local implementation.
