• The Australia Indonesia Legal Update Conference, organised in collaboration with the University of Indonesia and other law schools, focused on enhancing legal collaboration between Australia and Indonesia, addressing criminal justice reform, trade, and sustainable energy transition.
• A study by the Data & Democracy Research Hub and the Alliance of Independent Journalists Indonesia highlighted the rise of hate speech on social media during the 2024 election campaign, using an AI-based dashboard for real-time monitoring.
• The article 'Weighing up the worth of ‘viral-based’ policy in Indonesia' explored the implications of policy-making influenced by viral trends, impacting the effectiveness and integrity of institutions.
