Monash Business School honours student changemakers

Monash Business School celebrated student changemakers at the 2024 Dean's Student Excellence Awards, recognising students like Aishath Shira, Liam Dillon, and Jonathan Robberts for their commitment to addressing critical global issues.

Aishath Shira, from Monash Malaysia, tackled ocean pollution by creating eco-friendly tote bags, earning the Future Global Leader Undergraduate Award. Liam Dillon, a Master of Economics graduate, researched the economic impact of natural disasters and contributed to policy reform, receiving the Future Global Leader Postgraduate Award. Jonathan Robberts, a PhD candidate, fostered community among graduate researchers, winning the Dean's Equity, Diversity and Social Inclusion Award.
