Science education enhanced by BDI's Biomed Borrow Boxes

The Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI) has launched an innovative outreach initiative called 'Biomed Borrow Boxes' to enhance science education. This program, led by Dr Adriana Knezic, Dr Zoe McArdle, and Ms Laura Reid, provides teachers with science resources to facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences.

The initiative aims to inspire the next generation of researchers by making advanced scientific concepts accessible to students. The Borrow Boxes were piloted in primary and secondary schools, focusing on topics like microbiology and stroke.
