Research into supporting women with disabilities in Nepal leads to Fulbright

Dr Neeti Aryal Khanal, a Monash University Faculty of Arts alumna, has been awarded a Fulbright scholarship for her research on supporting women with disabilities in Nepal. Her work, which focuses on violence against women and the marginalization of women with disabilities, is supported by her academic background in Women's Studies and Sociology at Monash.

The scholarship will enable her to further her research at Oberlin College and Conservatory in the United States, contributing to global efforts to address critical issues facing women.
