- The Monash Virtual School, supported by the Invergowrie Foundation, is addressing educational inequity by expanding STEMM opportunities for girls and young women in Victoria, with programs like a primary school STEMM co-design initiative, a Year 11 STEMM Events Series, and a Year 12 VCE Revision Program.
- In celebration of International Women's Day 2024, Monash hosted a panel featuring women alumni from STEMM disciplines to discuss strategies for increasing women's inclusion in engineering, highlighting the Monash Engineering Women in Engineering Mentoring program.
- Monash University received its third SAGE Cygnet Award for improving gender equity in STEMM careers, doubling the number of women Professors and increasing women Associate Professors by 50% since 2018, as part of its commitment to the Athena SWAN program.
