Yes, you must ensure that all contractors, subcontractors and suppliers engaged in supporting your DFAT partner project understand their obligations and comply with SEAH.

To support you, Monash has developed resources and templates to use when engaging contractors:

It's your responsibility to select contractors that you believe can meet these requirements and to communicate the policy and obligations to them.
