The Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) is the national benchmark on LGBTIQA+ workplace inclusion. It measures policy, practice, programs and inclusive culture. Our commitment to supporting LGBTIQA+ staff at Monash has earned us Silver employer status in the AWEI.
Pride in Diversity Membership
We are a member of Pride in Diversity: Australia’s first and only national not-for-profit employer support program for all aspects of LGBTIQA+ workplace inclusion. Pride in Diversity works closely with Monash in providing advice, training and consultancy to help Monash support our LGBTIQA+ staff.
