In an effort to enhance the services eSolutions provide, our online IT request system, Service Desk Online (SDO) is currently being updated to the latest version with go-live date of Monday 16 December 2013.

There is no immediate action required on your part, although an information pack that outlines the noticeable differences has been developed and is available the Remedy Information intranet page.
