Staff development online: anywhere, anytime
The Staff Development team in Monash HR is pleased to announce a new suite of accessible anywhere, anytime eLearning resources, made available to Monash staff through worldwide training provider Skillsoft.
Staff can now access 200 business courses, the Microsoft KnowledgeCenter and a dedicated leadership portal providing modules on key leadership and management competencies.
You can register for Skillsoft programs via the new Staff Development website, which outlines the extensive selection of learning and development resources available.
Staff training and development is provided as part of the performance development process and is underpinned by the Learning and Development @ Monash framework. This maps the skills, capabilities and knowledge essential to Monash’s success as identified in the strategic document The next 10 years.
To keep track of your training records, all courses completed will now be recorded on your Monash training record, which you can view in the Employee Self Service system. Just click into the tab ‘My Monash Training Qualification’ found under ‘Personal Information’.
