Celebrating 20 Years of the David de Kretser and Lifetime Achievement Medals
Join us for a special evening as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the David de Kretser Award (DDK) and Lifetime Achievement Medal (LAM) - two decades of recognising the exceptional achievements, leadership and lasting contributions of our community.
This milestone event honours not only the outstanding 2026 recipients, whose accomplishments continue to shape the future of our faculty, but also celebrates the remarkable legacy of those recognised over the past 20 years. For the first time, previous DDK and LAM recipients will be invited to join this landmark celebration, bringing together an inspiring community of alumni and beyond, whose achievements reflect the enduring impact of these prestigious awards.
The afternoon will showcase and congratulate the 2026 recipients, Professor Stephen Jane AO awarded the David de Kretser Medal and Professor Kathryn North AC awarded the Lifetime Achievement Medal, alongside the rich history of the awards, recognising the collective excellence, leadership and innovation that have defined the DDK and LAM community since their inception.
Guests will enjoy an elegant celebration featuring the awards presentation, opportunities to connect with past and present recipients, faculty leaders and colleagues, and the chance to reflect on 20 years of recognising excellence while looking ahead to the next generation of leaders.
