To lead a healthy workplace, it is important to ensure that your staff members are motivated, feel safe, are encouraged to keep learning; have a focus on health and wellbeing. It is good for staff to be clear on their role and its scope, have a reasonable workload and autonomy, and have the job be a good fit for their skills.
