Healthy Work

Healthy work involves creating a space in which workers and their leaders can collaborate together to ensure that the health, safety, and wellbeing of all individuals are protected.
To create a healthy work environment for all of its staff, Monash University focuses on the following five factors: the individual, university, workplace, relationships, and role.
