National Commission for Education Loans (CONAPE)
The La Comisión Nacional de Préstamos para Educació or the National Commission for Education Loans (CONAPE) is a Costa Rican state institution which provides financial support to Costa Rican students to undertake overseas study. Monash University welcomes students sponsored by CONAPE to undertake their studies at Australia’s largest and a top-50 university*. Monash University offers a range of courses suited to the needs of the CONAPE scholarship program.
