HRM masters qualifications accredited

Equal pay is not the only obstacle women face in the labour market.
The Human Resource Management (HRM) qualifications offered by the Department of Management have successfully met the criteria for accreditation by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Accreditation has been granted for the Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) and the Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (GDHRM) for another three years.
Professor Greg Bamber, Monash University’s Discipline Group Leader: Human Resources and Employment Relations said the accreditation endorses the quality of our education in HRM.
"One of the advantages of studying HR at Monash is that the students are excellent. They much appreciate learning with Professors who are at the forefront of the field. Professors share their research results with students, long before they are published more widely,” Professor Bamber said.
AHRI is the national association representing human resource and people management professionals. AHRI leads the direction and fosters the growth of the HRM profession through setting standards and building the capability of the profession. AHRI also promotes HR course development that enhances professional standing and recognition of HRM specialists.
