Monash leads Australia with over $13.9M awarded in ARC Future Fellowships
Thirteen Monash University researchers have been awarded $13,976,295 in Australian Research Council (ARC) Future Fellowships 2025, which support mid-career researchers to advance their research endeavours in priority areas - the highest amount awarded in Australia.
Monash researchers from the Faculties of Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, and Arts will use the funding to support excellent basic and applied research in areas of national and international interest over four years.
The awards are part of the Australian government’s ARC Future Fellowships national scheme, which this year supports more than 100 new projects with a total investment of $106.7 million.
