Monash University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) has maintained its rank of 73 in the QS 2022 Global MBA Rankings, placing it third in Australia.

The results come after Monash University ranked 58th in the QS World University Rankings 2022, and achieved its strongest-ever performance in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2022, placing 57th globally.

Monash Business School’s Director of MBA programs, Professor Paul Collier, said the latest results demonstrate how the program equips graduates with the skills organisations want and need.

“The Monash MBA prepares aspiring professionals by building a solid foundation of business acumen while incorporating the practical skills required to navigate uncertainty and challenges,” Professor Collier said.

“The thought-leadership embedded into our curriculum enables graduates to provide successful direction in their chosen careers, including strategic, general management and consulting roles.”

Monash’s MBA program is based on an experiential, practice-based model of learning, and is proudly accredited by the three leading accrediting bodies globally: AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.

Students graduate with a portfolio of four problem-solving projects in real organisations, demonstrating their ability to deliver practical results.

The QS Global MBA Rankings 2022 ranked more than 280 business schools from 45 study destinations, with many more analysed. A total of 13 criteria form the basis of five key indicators that programs were ranked on: ‘employability’, ‘entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes’, ‘return on investment’, ‘thought leadership’ and ‘class and faculty diversity’.
