Secrets of business success
L to R: Jane Sherlock-Holcombe, Amanda Pyman, Sharon Bamford and Vivek Chaudhri
The Chief Executive of the London-based Association of MBAs (AMBA), Sharon Bamford, was the special guest at the recent Monash MBA end-of-year celebration for staff, students and alumni held at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne.
Ms Bamford gave the audience an insight into her impressive career path and talked about the range of opportunities for alumni and students within an MBA program accredited by the AMBA.
The AMBA accredits MBA programs in more than 40 countries and Monash University's program is just the third Australian – and the only Group of Eight - MBA program with accreditation. AMBA accreditation represents the highest standards in postgraduate business education, so that employers and recruiters know that graduates have received the highest quality management education available.
Other business schools that have AMBA accreditation include the London Business School and INSEAD.
The evening was well attended by 150 staff, current MBA students and alumni.
