International visitors

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International) (ODVCI) warmly welcomes visitors to Monash University from international universities, research organisations, industry and government bodies. Our team liaises widely across our University with Faculties, Schools, Departments, Institutes and further, to ensure your visit nurtures new and continuing relationships and supports exciting collaborative opportunities.

To request an official visit to Monash, please complete all sections of the Visitor Request Form and email it to international-visits@monash.edu. To make sure we have time to make all the necessary arrangements, please complete this form at least 4 weeks prior to your preferred date.

In consultation with Senior Executive staff, our International Visits and Protocol team will carefully review your request then reply to you within 1-2 weeks to let you know the outcome of your request. If we are unable to accommodate your official visit through the ODVCI, individual Monash Faculties or researchers may be able to assist and you are welcome to contact them directly.

Please note - Monash University will close for the summer festive season from Wednesday 24 December - Monday 5 January.
