Monash Tops Food Benchmarking

Monash University was awarded first place in the Australian Universities Food Environments Benchmarking Study.  In the study led by Deakin researchers, Monash outshone eight universities across four states and territories, earning an impressive score of 66/100. 

Monash’s key achievements included: policies supporting healthy food and drinks on campus; robust support, targeted nutrition, and sustainability campaigns; an ad-free and well-equipped campus environment; and dedicated resources showcasing a commitment to nutrition and sustainability.
