Australia Awards Scholarship recipients who are interested in enrolling in a research course at Monash will require the support of an academic supervisor.

DFAT priority areas for coursework and research
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has nominated key investment priorities for Australia Awards, reflecting important challenges globally and in the local countries of scholarship applicants.
Short and medium-term priorities focus on global recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic in the areas of Health stability | Security | Economic recovery.
Long-term priorities include – Agriculture, Fisheries, Water | Building Resilience | Education & Health | Effective Governance | Gender Equality & Women’s Empowerment | Infrastructure, Innovation & Trade.
