If you’re already employed in an IT-related workplace or in an equivalent work-based learning experience, this unit allows you to gain academic recognition for it.
You must demonstrate that your employment provides opportunities to apply IT knowledge, develop professional skills and engage with industry practices.

The Faculty Work Integrated Learning team will review your application to determine whether your employment and documentation are suitable for FIT3204.
Applications will be reviewed based on the quality of your personal statement, authenticity of employment and whether or not the employment meets our guidelines.
You will be notified of your application’s outcome or requested to provide more information via your Monash student email so monitor your inbox closely.
If your application is successful, we will confirm the next steps which may include an initial meeting between you, your workplace supervisor and a faculty representative.
Once final approval is confirmed, we will arrange manual enrolment into FIT3204.
