Every scientific breakthrough is accompanied by a complex transition from the laboratory to the community, and the corporate world is increasingly influenced by scientific advances and developments.
You have the option to select one of 11 Commerce majors and up to two of 25 Science areas (e.g. one major and one minor).
You could combine physiology and finance to focus on financial management within healthcare and the biotechnology industry. You could turn majors in pharmacology and marketing science into a successful career promoting new medications or scientific breakthroughs, or combine chemistry and economics to address the impact and challenges of chemical waste management and sustainable practices.
If you are interested in studying psychology, this double degree is not APAC accredited.

Optional experiences
*GIG is not available to those students doing a major in Business analytics, Finance, Mathematical foundations of economics or if you intend to obtain professional accreditation in Accounting or Actuarial studies. GIG does not count towards the Science component of the double degree.
Pathways
To be eligible to apply, applicants are required to have completed a minimum of two single units; and a minimum average result of 70% in order to meet the admission requirements. Preference will be given to applicants whose prior studies are related to the course. All applicants must satisfy the VCE subject prerequisite or equivalent.
