Undergraduate
Postgraduate

This program is open to students enrolled in any IT Bachelor degree or in the Bachelor of Engineering (Software Engineering specialisation), including IT double degrees, who:

have completed at least one year at Monash University
are available to participate in the program over 12 months, including activities that occur outside of regular study hours
have made past contributions to, and have been involved in, university/community activities
pass the interviews (shortlisted applicants only)

This program is open to students who are enrolled in an IT Masters degree:

First year students are eligible
are available to participate in the program over 12 months, including activities that occur outside of regular study hours
have made past contributions to, and have been involved in, university/community activities
pass the interviews (shortlisted applicants only)

What’s involved

Our student ambassadors must uphold the following commitments.

Facts and figures

Working hours

Approximately 30 hours across various activities throughout the year, including the compulsory involvement in Open Day.
Timesheets

Ambassadors must submit timesheets within two weeks of each shift worked.
Training and workshops

Attendance at all training throughout the year is compulsory and paid.
Open Day

Attendance at Open Day is compulsory.
