These weekly sessions will offer you the chance to learn from experienced mindfulness teachers how to practice mindfulness and apply it to your everyday life. Whether you’re drowning in exams or under the pump at the office, mindfulness will give your brain room to breathe.
These casual sessions will include meditation practice, discussion and the opportunity to ask questions. Whether you’re a novice or a mindful master, these short sessions are a perfect way to put your mind at ease.
