Respecting User Privacy
Thrive App respects user's privacy, we collect no data from your daily check-in with the app. Your thoughts, emotions, and behavior are private, and we understand that. So, all your check-ins and journals stay on your phone only. You can also protect your app via PIN, Biometrics, or Face ID.
Improving Emotional Literacy
Thrive app has various tools such as mood patterns and recommended resources which will help the users to understand the meaning of mental health and wellbeing, and get actionable resources to support them.
Autonomy over the app
Users can change the look and feel of the app, can customize appearance, toggle vibration settings, sounds, set personal reminders, and choose their own buddies. Making the tool completely customizable as per user needs.
Practical Empowering tools
Users are empowered with practical tools such as breathing exercises, guided meditation, and focus timers to achieve their goals.
