How were minimum engagement remediation payments to sessionals calculated?

Timesheets submitted between dates 12 Feb 2020 - 24 Jan 2025 were reviewed for sessionals.

Sessionals paid less than the minimum engagement obligation (inclusive of associated work) were eligible for a remediation payment. We have based the top up payment for a day on the highest sessional rate from any activity performed on that day.
