I am having issues accessing or completing the payment details form. What should I do?

It is likely your information did not match what we have in the system. Your payment details form link will no longer be active. However, we will be able to see on our end that you were unsuccessful and will issue you a new link to complete the form via email within one week. If you are unsure of your login details, please contact Access HR at 03 9902 0400. You will be required to pass an identification check over the phone.
