What led to the underpayments in relation to repeat/original tutorials and what have you done to fix the problem going forwards?
Instances were identified where staff had been paid at the repeat rate for the delivery of a tutorial or lecture without an original tutorial or lecture occurring within the preceding seven days.
Streamlined Timesheets introduced automated timesheet generation that automatically identifies repeat and original activities. In addition we have put in place training and education for staff and supervisors to ensure correct understanding of allocation of activities.
