When is the deadline to submit the payment form?

The unique link to the payment details form in the remediation email is valid until 11.59pm on Friday, 4 April 2025. We cannot process your payment until your payment details form has been completed and verified by our internal team. If we do not hear back from you, we will attempt to contact you using other information on file. If we have not been able to contact you, we will engage with the relevant regulators to pay the monies into the unclaimed monies fund.
