Why am I only receiving my remediation letter now?

To ensure that all time entries for activities up to and including January 24, 2025, were captured in the remediation review, timesheets needed to be fully approved by February 3, 2025. Since then, a number of timesheets have been submitted and/or approved late, or subsequently amended (e.g. to update an entry from the without doctoral rate to the with doctoral rate). These late or amended submissions have been reviewed by our internal data team using the same methodology applied during the initial remediation analysis and the calculations have been used to identify that you are now owed a remediation payment. In addition, during this review, we identified a minor data extraction issue impacting a small number of timesheets. This has now been corrected, and if you were impacted, your entitlement has been recalculated accordingly.
