Your assessment timetable is available
15 May 2020
Dear student,
Your semester one final assessment timetable is now available. You’ll find your timetable in the exam timetable tile in my.monash or the Web Enrolment System (WES). You should check the date, time and format of your assessment.
Also check in WES that we’ve got your current mobile phone number. We may need to text you if there’s a last minute change with your exams.
Exam dates
- Semester one: 22 June - 10 July
Assessment format
You may be required to use the eAssessment platform for your final assessment which involves using your own device in a secure environment. These online assessments are called eExams.
Check the format of your exams in your assessment timetable by checking the reference field next to your unit code. Click on the venue description for more details. Unless you are notified otherwise, all exams are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Online invigilated exams will be supervised by Monash staff, not an external provider. If your timetable shows you have a department run exam, it means your faculty or teaching department is coordinating this assessment. Check your unit's Moodle page or contact your Chief Examiner for more information.
Device specifications
To undertake your eExam from home, you'll need access to a desktop PC or a laptop that meets our minimum device and system specifications. Check your device as soon as possible to ensure you’re prepared for your eExam.
Special arrangements for exams
We understand that some of you may not have a suitable environment to sit your exam, or your timezone and scheduled remote exam time may disadvantage you. If you meet this criteria, you may apply for special arrangements for exams by 11.59pm on Friday, 22 May. We’ll be in touch with a decision regarding your application by Friday, 29 May.
Register for early results
If you register for the early result service, we’ll send your results by SMS on Sunday 26 July. If you choose not to register, you'll be able to log into WES and see your results from
