The dental clinic is open from 8.45am to 4.30pm on weekdays. Make sure you bring your M-Pass (Monash ID) with you.

For your first visit, download and fill in the dental clinic personal information form (pdf, 0.93 mb) or arrive 15 minutes early to complete a medical history form.
Cost
Our fees are scheduled to be around 15–30% less than the average Australian private dental practice (based on ADA fee survey) for both students and staff. Full payment is due at the time of service and we accept cash, credit cards or EFTPOS.
We are a Member's Choice provider for Medibank Private.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to attend or late cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
