Moderated Online Social Therapy (MOST) – Orygen Youth Mental Health

Moderated Online Social Therapy (MOST) is the first digital solution to offer continuous, integrated face-to-face and digital care to young people. MOST provides services and clinicians with evidence-based tools that can be used across the mental health diagnostic and severity spectrum and all stages of treatment. With young people empowered at the centre of the model, MOST offers wrap-around support from online peer workers, face-to-face clinicians, and online clinicians and vocational support workers. MOST uses a decade of young people’s feedback and usage data to ensure every component captures young people’s imaginations and feels relevant to their daily lives.
